Download Windows 10 Build 10147 ISO (Unofficial Leak)
Another new build of Windows 10 has leaked. The new leak is Windows 10 Build 10147 from fbl_impressive branch. The leak appeared to be originating from China, and the English x64 English ISO image is accompanied by another ISO image that provides the language packs.
Windows 10 Build 10147 has the build string of 10147.0.150613-1600, indicating it’s compiled on June 13th, 2015, barely a week ago, making it the fastest leak after a build was signed off by Microsoft.

Microsoft is starting to change Windows 10 towards GA (General Availability) on July 29th, 2015. As seem in Windows 10 Build 10147, the Windows Insider product key starting with 6P99N-YF42M no longer able be used to install and activate Windows 10 afresh, although existing Windows 10 installation will stay activated after upgrading to build 10147. To clean install Windows 10 Build 10147, user will need to use a KMS product key starting with CC6JP-VN67C, generated GVLK product keys starting with YVKRN-H6QFQ (Education), MFY6B-WNCVR (Enterprise), 43BNY-B3MHX (Pro), JTJ43-TNBFV (Core / Home) or other leaked serial such as one starting with NJ4MX-VQQ7Q. But do note that these product keys are likely not genuine.
One of the major feature of the build is colored window title bar, proper branding for Edge web browser instead of Project Spartan, improved dark theme support, new icons, calendar and time transparency, bility for Edge to play video in the background and UI (user interface) enhancements.
