Microsoft has officially released Windows Live Toolbar for Internet Explorer as a final product, ending its beta phase. Windows Live Toolbar will compete with Google Toolbar and Yahoo! Toolbar, which combined have almost 96% of the toolbar initiated searches or internet searches originated from toolbar, according to ComScore Networks.
