Verizon Wireless UTStarcom XV6800 is a Windows Mobile CDMA PDA phone for VZW that based on the popular HTC Titan platform. The XV6800 Pocket PC (PPC) cellphone runs on Windows Mobile 5 (WM5) Pocket PC AKU3 operating system, and features 1xEV-DO (upgrade-able to Rev. A), sliding QWERTY keyboard, thumb wheel, 2 Megapixel camera, microSD slot, 256MB Flash memory and 96MB RAM. The VZW XV6800 supports WiFi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 2.0 and BBAC (BroadbandAccess Connect for tetherable EV-DO).

You also get Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and EV-DO. However, the XV6800’s speaker is on the softer side, and call quality could be better. The smartphone doesn’t support Verizon’s streaming media services, and there are some slight performance delays. Overall, the Verizon Wireless XV6800 comes with most everything a power business user will need from a smartphone, but its less-than-stellar call quality gives the Samsung SCH-i760 the slight edge.
