The freeware Service Park for Windows 98 SE (now at version 2.1a) contains all necessary and required fixes and updates for Windows98 SE system only, and does not contain Internet Explorer 6, DirectX 9, Media Player 9 and related updates. So it makes the life easier for Windows 98 SE users.
