RapidLeech is a PHP script for web server which provides file transfer service from file sharing and hosting sites such as RapidShare.com, RapidShare.de, MegaUpload.com, Uploading.com, Megarotic.com, FileFactory.com, FileVenue.com, MyTempDir.com, Getfile.biz and Webfile.ru to the Rapid Leech running host. This workaround allows files to be downloaded faster, bypassing the slower home ADSL connection, and provides caching of files which effectively allows others to bypass RapidShare server and download from the cache instead.
For webmaster or server administrator who intends to set up a Rapid Leech website service can download version 2.2 of Rapid Leech PHP scripts packed into rapidleech_v2.2_build_08_07_2007_by_kloon.rar (no longer available), and upload the scripts to the server.
